Terms of Use

• My artwork may not be used for AI training or inclusion in datasets.

• Commissions made for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, banners, or other uses, can only be used for non-commercial purposes

• You are not permitted to use any commission or illustration that you have not purchased or do not own without the explicit permission of the owner.

• Do not take credit for my artwork.

Terms of Service

• Commissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Work on your commission will begin only after payment of the first half of the agreed amount.

• Commercial use of my artwork is permitted only with a formal contract, which must be presented and agreed upon. Additional fees may apply.

• If a business-use contract is not available, I will provide a formal contract with distinct terms of service and use. Additional fees may also apply.

• If the delivery date needs to be adjusted, I will inform you of the commission's progress and request a new delivery date.

• Refunds are not available for commissions that have been fulfilled or are in advanced stages of completion.

• You may request as many changes as needed to the artwork. However, changes requested in earlier stages may incur additional fees based on the final scope of the revisions.

• I reserve the right to use any completed illustration for promotional purposes on my social media unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
